The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of training programs, HR sourcing strategies, and succession planning initiatives. ## Duties - Design and implement organizational development strategies - Develop and deliver training programs for employees - Source HR talent to meet organizational needs - Collect and analyze data to measure program effectiveness - Plan and execute succession planning activities - Manage various development programs using ADDIE methodology - Conduct public speaking engagements on training and development topics - Facilitate classroom training sessions - Implement performance management processes ## Requirements - Proven experience in organization design and training development - Strong knowledge of HR sourcing practices - Ability to collect and interpret data for decision-making purposes - Familiarity with succession planning concepts - Experience in program management and implementation - Proficiency in ADDIE methodology for instructional design - Excellent public speaking skills - Classroom facilitation experience
