Quantum-Systems Inc is positioning itself to be a global leader in autonomous, AI powered aerial robotics. We have now stood up a wholly owned, and US operated business, Quantum-Systems Inc, in the United States. This business directly addresses the Defense and Security markets in North America. As a result of this expansion, we have a Contract Administrator opening for a well-qualified candidate.
As a Contract Administrator you will play a pivotal role in contract proposals, negotiations, and administration while ensuring compliance with company policies, legal standards, and customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- The primary role is to develop, negotiate, and execute contract and subcontract agreements
- Maintain and manage contract obligations, oversee changes, and ensure smooth fulfillment of all contract terms with our vendors
- Ensure adherence to government regulations, legal standards, and company policies.
- Provide regular updates and briefings to program managers and executives on key contract details throughout the lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Create and manage comprehensive audit files for each contract, including all original documents, correspondence, modifications, and payment details
- Offer expert contractual guidance and formulate risk mitigation strategies to effectively manage business obligations
- Work on strategic proposals, Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposals (RFP’s), Request for Quotes (RFQs), including NDA’s, Export Licenses, and LOIs
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of DoD and commercial subcontract experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, or other related industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to conduct details price and cost analysis
- Experience in contracts administration, business operations, or supply chain management
- Familiarity with different contract structures, including cost-type, fixed-price, and incentive contracts
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations – including DFARS and FARS knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Up to 10% travel
- This is an In Office position

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
