Andrew recently completed a large LEED project, achieving a Platinum designation and exemplifying his aptitude in integrating leading edge technology and sustainability. Queen Construction also offers Residential Management Services, providing/coordinating the services that protect the value of your home. We provide for the upkeep of your homes finished surfaces, especially important in Hawaiis environment of tropical wind, sun and salt exposure. We oversee the maintenance of landscape, pool, water features and exterior hardscapes as well as residential services such as housekeeping, grocery shopping, vehicle delivery to airport, and home preparation prior to your arrival and close-up after your departure.
