Responsibilities

• Lead classes in areas of skill acquisition including following established lessons/ curriculum
• Run individuals' skill acquisition programming within classes
• Model positive interactions, enthusiastic participation, and proper implementation of lessons to Skill Instructors
• Coordinate with Skill Instructor daily; reinforce delivery for designated participants
• Serve as active participant of reactive procedures during behavioral crisis at facility
• Assist ADT Training Team with the collection, assessment, and reporting on progress of training program data including monthly collection of skill acquisition data, writing of progress notes in Avatar or into computer and ongoing evaluation of individualized skill acquisition programs
• Assist ADT Training Team in creation of individualized skill acquisition and group lesson planning
• Assist in monitoring and training ADT Skill Instructors on participant behavioral plans and calendars
• Assist in training, providing feedback, and monitoring ADT Skill Instructors in relation to implementation of skill acquisition programs
• Adhere to all Quest’s policies and procedures
• Perform all other duties as requested/required
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma and must be 18 years or older required
• 2 plus years’ experience in developing and implementing behavioral and/or training programs with individuals with developmental disabilities required
• Florida Driver’s License with no more than two moving violations in the past three years
• Able to work in the US and not require Visa Sponsorship from our company now or in the future
• Confidently lead group activities
• Utilize technology for collection and analysis of data
• Resolve issues through problem solving and taking initiative
• Effectively work with staff, participants, and other stakeholders
• Speak clear and concise English
• Physically perform all duties required in reactive strategies and procedures
• Compose grammatically correct and accurate documentation
