R&C Enterprises is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Front Desk Receptionist at our headquarters. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, this position is pivotal in establishing the professionalism and atmosphere of R&C Enterprises. This role is not remote and requires the successful candidate to be present at our office, ensuring a personal and direct approach to client interactions and administrative responsibilities. Join our team and be an integral part of our company’s daily operations, contributing directly to our welcoming and efficient office environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answering and routing phone calls, handling inquiries, and taking messages.
  • Managing appointment schedules for staff and ensuring reminders are communicated.
  • Maintaining a tidy and inviting reception area to enhance visitor comfort and uphold the company’s professional image.
  • Providing administrative support to other team members as needed, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and managing files.
  • Assisting in organizing office events and meetings, including preparing meeting rooms and arranging necessary resources.
  • Collecting and distributing parcels and other mail.
  • Performing basic bookkeeping tasks and issuing invoices as required.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the reception area and front office.

Requirements

  • No previous experience required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using office software including word processors, spreadsheets, and email management tools.
  • Demonstrable ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further certification in office management or administration is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and courteous manner.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to face various challenges and demands with a positive attitude.
  • Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
