As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Sales Administrative Assistant to join our growing Sales Team and contribute to our mission of excellence in customer service and technology solutions.
Role Overview: The Sales Administrative Assistant supports the Sales Team by managing quotes, coordinating installations, maintaining records, and assisting with trade shows and customer communications, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to team success.
Reporting to: Director of Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate customer quotes and manage order checklists after quote approvals.
- Request and set up new accounts in the ERP system, maintaining account notes and system updates.
- Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and archive outdated quotes weekly.
- Coordinate with Field Operations to track installation progress and prepare Field Service Request forms.
- Manage trade show planning, logistics, and calendars, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Prepare quarterly review reports for customers and manage email templates for consistent communication.
- Conduct industry research to identify emerging brands, market trends, and new sales opportunities.
- Manage non-sales customer service inquiries by redirecting them to appropriate departments.
- Stay informed on RFT’s product and service offerings to ensure accurate and relevant customer interactions.
Who You Are:
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional, personable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
