We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the data analytics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and coordinating project schedules within our PM tools. You will play a pivotal role in helping the client strategist with project-based support and overall timelines and deliverables.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
- Communication: Facilitate clear communication within the team and with clients, providing updates on project status, potential risks, and areas for improvement.
- Timeline & Task Management: Create and manage project timelines and milestones collaboratively with development and analytics teams. Ensure all tasks are aligned with deadlines, and team members are updated on progress. Monitor tasks through project management tools to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Resource & Calendar Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure appropriate resource allocation for dashboard projects. Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocations as needed to maintain project timelines.
- Client Setup: Set up clients in project management systems and organize and manage data sources, and documents. Ensure files are consistently named and easy to access for development teams.
- Project Scoping & Statements of Work: Help develop and manage project scopes and statements of work that outline client needs, the scope of dashboard development, and timelines, ensuring they meet client expectations with the lead Client Strategist on the project. Develop budget estimates for dashboard development, track project hours, and facilitate billing in collaboration with the finance team. Ensure projects stay within scope and budget through regular reports and adjustments.
- Project Time Management: Monitor and manage project hours, ensuring team members are allocated effectively and project budgets are adhered to.
- Agency Processes & Adherence: Ensure all team members follow internal processes and roles, making sure best practices are implemented across each and provide leadership areas for process improvement and implementation best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech or data-driven environment
- Experience in dashboard development or data visualization projects is highly desirable
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the data analytics or technology sector, with a focus on dashboard development or product management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft and Google tools.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-starter with a positive solution-oriented mentality
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Knowledge of data integration, API connections, and database structures is a plus.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
