Job Title: Purchasing Analyst – Hybrid Role

Location: 175 Terminal Ave., Clark, NJ 07066

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Pay Rate: $32.14 per hour

Job Summary:

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in raw material sourcing, primarily through SAP and other purchasing tools. The Sourcing Analyst will work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders to manage data, facilitate procurement processes, and resolve discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Standards Creation & Maintenance: Develop and maintain cost standards, along with relevant SAP data.
• PO Routing and Approvals: Facilitate purchase order (PO) routing and approvals within SAP.
• Vendor Onboarding: Collaborate with buyers on the onboarding process, including referencing, activation, and modification of vendors.
• Pricing Discrepancy Resolution: Address and resolve any pricing discrepancies or blocks in coordination with internal teams and suppliers.
• Document Management: Upload and maintain relevant documents in the purchasing tools.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is required.
• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience, or candidates with CO-OP experience may be considered.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and make decisions effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
