Salary Range $90,000 - $110,000 Annual
Position Summary:
Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the revenue cycle process. This includes billing, coding, collections, financial reporting and Health Information Management. The Revenue Cycle Director will work closely with the Director of Patient Registration/Access to ensure a smooth and seamless revenue cycle from the front end through collections. The role ensures that revenue cycle operations are efficient, compliant with regulations and aligned with the hospital’s financial goals, particularly within the unique environment of a critical access hospital.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business or Healthcare Administration 5-7 years of revenue cycle management
Preferred Qualifications:
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
