Job description
The Raleigh Spine Clinic is hiring! (www.RaleighSpineClinic.com) We are looking to hire a Therapy / Front Desk assistant. We are looking for a friendly, team player who is looking for a rewarding position helping patients utilizing Class IV Laser Therapy, Spinal Decompression Therapy, Shockwave Therapy and Neuropathy Program. (Prior experience with these treatments is a plus but not required.)
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Assist with medical administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Help assist with treatments (Class IV Laser, Neuropathy, Spinal Decompression, EMS, Shockwave Therapy)
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly
We will provide the training and national certifications required to treat patients.
Our office is very patient centric in a professional, warm and friendly environment.
Prior experience in Chiropractic or Physical Therapy office is REQUIRED.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a chiropractic and PT office is a required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and electronic medical records
The position is part time, schedule listed below
Monday 8AM to 6PM
Wednesday 8AM to 6PM
Friday 8AM to 1PM
(20-25 hours per week)
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Experience:
- Chiropractic or PT: 1 year (Required)
- Front desk: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
