Duties
- Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with a variety of food items, ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests.
- Interact with guests in a friendly manner, addressing any inquiries or special dietary needs.
- Assist guests with any requests related to breakfast offerings or hotel services.
- Handle phone inquiries related to breakfast hours, menu options, and guest services with professionalism.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items.
- Clean up the dining area after breakfast service, including dishwashing and restocking supplies as needed.
Requirements
