Job Title: SAP BASIS Developer Lead
Location: Lisle, IL (Onsite 3-4 days per week)
Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Developer Led to oversee the development and optimization of our SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP architecture, extensive hands-on development experience, and a proven track record of leading technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in SAP BASIS development, with a focus on system architecture and custom solutions.
- Proven leadership experience in managing SAP technical teams and projects.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules integration and data flow processes.
- Proficiency in performance tuning, system monitoring, and troubleshooting complex SAP issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP certification in BASIS or related modules.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations and implementations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and SAP cloud solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $82.00 - $85.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
