Lube Center Manager - Technician

Ranchwood Autoworks is a family-owned automotive repair business servicing Yukon, OK and the greater Oklahoma City area for the past 24 years. We are looking to add a team member to help us continue to support our customers with quality and professional automotive work.

Lube Center Manager

We are currently looking for a team member for our Lube Center Manager/Technician position.

Requirements for the position is 5 years of experience in working in a lube technician position.

Requirements also include 2 years of management experience in a lube center setting.

Further requirements include being able to demonstrate the physical demands of the position.

This includes performing oil changes and other vehicle specific services, along with movement of products and other materials.

Skills needed:

• Proficient in sales for vehicle specific maintenance needs
• Must be able to perform all physical duties associated with oil changes and other vehicle services on a frequent basis
• Preform related work such as induction services, coolant flushes, differential and rear end services, etc.
• Inspecting and replacing car lights and wipers
• Checking, refilling and changing oil and other vehicle fluids
• Rotating tires
• Working in a team atmosphere to provide quick and excellent service
• Helping customers understand their automotive needs
• Maintaining a clean and presentable workplace
• Managing employees and inventory
• Quality customer service and experience is a must
• Mechanic experience is a must
