Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to optimize inventory management, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on supply chain performance, including KPIs and forecasting analysis.
- Monitor supplier performance and recommend solutions to address inefficiencies.
- Utilize supply chain software/tools to streamline operations and improve decision-making.
- Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall supply chain performance.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with advanced inventory planning and demand forecasting techniques.
Certifications such as APICS (CSCP/CPIM) or Six Sigma are a plus.
