RWC will pay you wages while you are in school here on our campus and pay for your testing fee as well as provide support for becoming certified.
Successful candidate must:
- be a loving caregiver who is motivated to grow your skills
- be able to commit to working the 3p - 11:30p shift for a minimum of two years
- have a current CNA certification

What You’ll Do:
- Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per resident care plans.
- Direct Resident Care: Assist with daily living activities and personal care, offering physical, emotional, and psychological support.
- Memory Care: Engage with cognitively impaired residents, providing redirection and appropriate activities to enhance their well-being.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
- Collaboration: Work closely with family members and other healthcare professionals to provide the best care possible.
- Meal Assistance: Help with meal service and cleanup as needed.
