Job Summary: As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a vital role in promoting the Ready Refresh brand, driving sales, and enhancing customer experiences through various marketing initiatives. You will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, conducting product demonstrations, and participating in event marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Ready Refresh in a professional manner
• Engage with customers to promote brand awareness and drive product sales
• Conduct product demonstrations and tastings
• Participate in event marketing activities (trade shows, festivals, community events)
• Utilize social media management skills to create engaging content
• Collect data on customer feedback and market trends
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
• Deliver public speaking presentations about the brand
• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote our organization’s mission and initiatives.
• Engage potential supporters through telemarketing calls to inform them about our programs.
• Build rapport with community members and effectively communicate the benefits of supporting our cause.
• Collect feedback and data from interactions to help improve outreach strategies.
• Assist in fundraising efforts by encouraging donations and support from the community.
• Supervise and train new canvassing team members as needed.
• Utilize negotiation skills to address concerns and encourage participation.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and report back to management on progress.

Required Skills:

• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in market research and understanding of market dynamics

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with the community, promoting our initiatives, and gathering support through door-to-door outreach and telemarketing efforts.
