Location: Roseville, MI
Looking to grow as a CNC Programmer? The RCO Engineering team is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer with a sense of project pride who is eager to take on some project and materials management. The CNC Programmer supports the aerospace and general production group in a fast-paced manufacturing business. The successful candidate must be a self-starter having a sense of ownership of their projects, and highly organized with a willing to grow within the CNC group.
Core Responsibilities
- NC program components to provided data/prints using Visi CAD/CAM software
- Design and NC program NC holding fixtures using Visi CAD/CAM software
- Create setup/tooling sheets to assist operators with setup Manage production run jobs with operators, Answering questions and insuring quality requirements are met.
- Grow into managing assigned jobs using Epicor ERP software. Epicor tasks consist of:
- Order Material
- Engineering workflow methods
- Monitor part demand and assist in scheduling
Requirements
- Experience as a CNC Programmer:
- Minimum of 3 years in CNC
- Minimum of 1 year hands on work as a CNC Programmer
- Experience in production and/or prototype injection molding
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- High School Diploma or GED
