RCO Engineering, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Accounts Receivable Collection Specialist to support our invoicing and collections activities in our Manufacturing Facility in Roseville, MI. Qualified candidates will have some general accounting knowledge, extensive knowledge in MS Excel and some experience with word processing and data entry. Accounting degree preferred but not required. Above all, we are looking for someone who has an excited willingness to learn and grow within our company.

Core Responsibilities
- Communicate with sales representatives to gather billing information and follow up on billing and collection issues.
- Generate invoices.
- Responsible for collection calls on past due invoices.
- Research and follow up on all payment discrepancies.
- File paperwork in appropriate job folders.
- Close billed jobs in the job cost module and file in the closed job folders.
- Communicate unbilled jobs to management/sales.
- Provide back up for banking functions and cash receipt entry.
- Support compliance with RCO Quality Policies.
- Support corporate continuous improvement initiative.
- Any other duties as assigned.
