We are seeking a full-time Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team of exceptional and motivated directors and caregivers. We are looking for individuals that want to make a difference in the lives of those around them, want to be challenged and rewarded.
Requirements:
*Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
*Must possess current and active license as Registered Nurse in Indiana.
*Long term care experience preferred.
*Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
*Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept.
*Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
