We are currently hiring for a E – Commerce Team Lead & Auditor who will be responsible to :
Responsibilities :
- Oversee production line operations to ensure efficiency, quality and safety standards are met.
- To include order accuracy, associate production, inventory replenishment.
- Audit production output and quality control to meet Customer requirement and satisfaction.
- Train new employees in line operations, safety and company policies
- Manage line inventory levels or raw materials, non-inventory to prevent shortages and maintain highest operational uptime.
- Prepare and submit End of Shift and Customer production reports, documenting performance metrics, challenges and opportunities.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Perform assigned projects as instructed
- MUST be available to stay until end of day / work is completed
- MUST have flexibility to work mandated overtime with 24–48-hour notice.
- Schedule will be Sunday-Thursday
