Due to the expansion of the company Realty Central Services is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience for all callers. You will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between potential buyers, sellers, and our real estate agents, helping to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries related to property listings, services, and general real estate questions.
- Information Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and feedback using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients with agents, ensuring that all necessary information is communicated effectively.
- Problem Resolution: Handle client complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Follow-Up Communication: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback on services provided.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents and other team members to provide seamless service and support throughout the client journey.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current property listings, market trends, and agency services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and lead conversion.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred, ideally within the real estate industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about the real estate market.
