Job Summary :
We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Lead Setter / Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients and leads, you'll play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional patient experience and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include qualifying and setting leads, managing patient flow, and handling administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Qualify and set leads from online marketing for new patient appointments and Invisalign consultations
- Check patients in and out, ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and up-to-date
- Make patient appointments following our scheduling template
- Take payments and manage patient financial transactions
- Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure patients are informed about upcoming appointments through timely reminders
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care
