Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Fabricate components as needed to support maintenance operations.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues and implement solutions.
- Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical testing and troubleshooting.
- Conduct residential painting tasks as part of property upkeep.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with other departments to address facility needs and improve operational efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in maintenance roles, demonstrating mechanical knowledge across various systems.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience working with electrical systems and performing troubleshooting tasks is essential.
- A background in residential painting is a plus, enhancing the ability to maintain aesthetic standards.
