Job Description:
In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service, respond to property information inquiries via email or phone, and handle various aspects of leasing, including showing and moving in prospective community members. Additional responsibilities will also encompass payables and invoicing for all area properties, ensuring Purchase Order matching with each invoice and then following up to guarantee timely payment. The position involves clerical and phone support and maintaining accurate leasing and financial files. You will demonstrate the ability to resolve vendor complaints, conduct leasing tours, and address pertinent issues by escalating them to the Supervisor. Additionally, you will perform any additional tasks or duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Physical Demands:
The employee will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk; reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands; talk and hear. The employee may occasionally be required to climb. The employee will be required to work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods of time. Must detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends, as needed.
Attendance/Travel:
This position is a full-time position and may require the availability to work some weekends, and occasional holidays. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events is required.

Qualification:
Computer Skills:
- Intermediate computer and Internet knowledge
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Yardi Voyager is highly valued but not required

Education:
- High school education or equivalent is required.
- Ability to fluently read and write English, accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions, and use all on-site resident management software functions.
Professional Experience:
One year of experience in the customer service industry is preferred.
