WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite Proficient, email, and phone systems)
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
The following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience as a receptionist
- Experience as a customer service representative
- Knowledge of office equipment (fax machines, printers, etc.)

YOUR DAY AS OUR DYNAMIC RECEPTIONIST
As a Dynamic Receptionist, you work with our marketing team to create engaging video content for our social media platforms. You're comfortable being on camera, which comes in handy as you are recorded and act as the face of our company on our social media content. Your professionalism is evident in every video and in-person interaction, setting a high standard for our company's reputation.
You're always ready to tackle any task with a smile! By warmly welcoming clients, guests, and colleagues, you set the stage for positivity. Answering phones, managing mail, and keeping our reception and break areas inviting are all part of your expertise. Your friendly demeanor comes in handy when you call and welcome new customers and connect them with the resources they need.
