Job Description
C.L. McCoy Framing Co., Inc. is seeking a qualified Construction Superintendent to join our team! This is a full-time position with benefits. We are a collaborative community focusing on construction services and community. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively oversee construction projects for multiple sites. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office personnel, field construction crews, and vendors.
Duties
- Supervise subcontractors on site
- Lead crews to complete tasks as scheduled
- Monitor work to completion
- Approve change orders in field
- Effective communicator
- Schedule labor as needed
- Control of material usage
- Monitors material deliveries and usage
- Maintains a clean and safe job site
- Attends project & safety meetings
- Able to create RFIs
- Basic computer skills

Qualifications
- At least 5 years experience as a construction superintendent
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience of prior of framing construction experience
- OSHA 10 Hour Certification
- Heaving Machinery Operator Certification a plus
- Familiar with ProCore
Schedule
Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Day work, no nights
