What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Service Associate position at Regal Financial Group, LLC?
We are looking for a candidate to work as part of the Client Service/Operations team for a term of a year to help provide support while other team members are on leave.
The Client Service Associate role primarily is responsible for servicing daily business and service requests that flow into the Service/Operations team. The Client Service Associate is responsible for working with advisor offices, various custodians and vendors to ensure the requests are processed as efficiently as possible.
The person in this role will be responsible for various tasks on the team including, but not limited to, advisor follow up, new business review, cashiering transactions as well as reporting duties.
A Series 6, 7, 65 or 66 license is preferred but not required. However, if no licensing is currently held there will be a requirement to sit for an industry test within 6 months of hire.
