Position Overview: Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

We seek an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our growing and dynamic team. In this role, you’ll assist new leads and current clients, providing the vital first step in their journey toward securing their future. The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist ensures that all client communications are handled with care and professionalism, contributing to our mission of offering hope and peace of mind through Relational Estate Planning®.

This is an entry-level position—no prior legal experience is necessary. It offers room for growth as our firm expands and the opportunity to gain valuable legal and client service experience in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Location: Primarily based at our Ashburn office, with travel to our Winchester office at least once a week.

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication & Intake: Handle incoming calls and messages from potential and current clients, ensuring their information is accurately recorded and compliant with firm procedures.
  • Answer Phones & Intake Process: Answer phones during assigned time periods in a professional and courteous manner. Implement the intake process as applicable. (Phone duties will be assigned weekly, and you will also serve as backup for others when needed.)
  • Conflict Checks: Conduct conflict checks as needed.
  • Scheduling: Assist with scheduling and rescheduling calls and meetings.
  • Client Experience: Ensure every client interaction is positive and efficient.
  • Client Greeting: Greet clients who visit the Ashburn office, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Provide assistance to other departments as needed.
  • Office Supplies Management: Maintain inventory of office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and reordering items as necessary.

Our Hiring Process:

We want to ensure that we’re a good fit for each other. Our hiring process includes multiple stages of interviews—phone and in-person—and a review of your professional references. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
