The mission of this full-time position is to assist in the development of Silver Advisors through the Advisor Marketing Program.
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Management team in Omaha to assist with Silver Advisor development of marketing strategies, plans, and related benchmarks.
- Lead the Advisor Marketing Program with Omaha Silver Advisors. Assist Silver Advisors with creating marketing plans and meet bi-monthly to provide accountability, strategy and support.
- Track Silver Advisor marketing activity. Develop resources and tools based on the progress of the Silver Advisors’ activity to ensure success.
- Establish team atmosphere through leadership and team member development.
- Participate in Advisor recruiting interviews and work with Director of Recruiting and Sales Managers in Advisor hiring process. Conduct two check-in meetings with Advisors in testing process.
- Maintain wholesaler visit schedule and coordinate all necessary arrangements.
- Work with Advisor Development Directors from all cities to develop new ideas for the Advisor Marketing Program and for the Silver Advisors.
- Develop and organize trainings and workshops for Silver Advisors. Coordinate with other RFC team members to organize trainings.
Other duties may be assigned to meet the business needs.

Education, Training & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience preferred
