Renaissance Rentals Overview

Renaissance Rentals is a locally owned, Bloomington based property management company. We own and manage approximately 700 apartment homes across 6 apartment communities (Covenanter Hill, MeadowCreek, Scholar's Rock, Scholar's Quad, Scholar's Rooftop & SummerHouse at Indiana. We do our very best to provide the best customer experience and maintenance services in our market. We respect our employees and work everyday to provide a great work environment. Although we are relatively small at this point, we are a growing and innovative company. We're always looking at ways to use new technology and... other resources to provide a better customer experience.
