- Manage appointment calendars
- Dispatch and communicate with field representatives
- Data entry using multiple platforms
- Follow up on canceled and rescheduled leads
- Call Center experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional Demeanor
- High School diploma or educational equivalent preferred
- Comfortable navigating multiple applications and platforms
- Data entry experience 2 years
