We're seeking a talented Business analyst to join our team at Resolvesoft and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our IT systems. You'll leverage your expertise to bridge the gap between business and technology, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize processes, enhance performance, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify business objectives, gather requirements, and assess process inefficiencies.
• Solution Design: Develop innovative solutions, including system roadmaps, project plans, and functional and technical requirements.
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize AI/ML to extract valuable insights from data and inform decision-making.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating findings and recommendations.
• Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall organizational performance.
• Technical Expertise: Create, document system roadmaps, project plans, evaluate new technologies, capture functional and technical requirements, business processes, enterprise architecture, and data exchange mechanisms for new and existing IT systems and applications.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to compliance and governance standards, including security and privacy requirements.

Qualifications:

• 6 years of experience in business analysis within the government sector.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering successful outcomes.
• Excellent executive presentation skills.
• Expertise in data analysis, including AI/ML techniques and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Demonstrated experience with compliance and governance initiatives.
• Familiarity with data governance principles and practices.
• Must be a US citizen.
