Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Conduct research and analysis to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement
- Support the development of process maps, flowcharts, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables
- Participate in meetings and workshops to gather feedback and validate requirements
- Help in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and assist in the identification of risks and issues
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all information is up to date
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies is a plus
- Basic understanding of business processes and project management principles
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, JIRA, or similar)
- Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages is an advantage
- Internship or project experience in business analysis or related fields
