Junior Marketing & Capture Analyst
Herndon VA (Hybrid 2 days a week)
We are seeking ambitious and driven individuals, including recent college graduates and women re-entering the workforce, who possess the grit, determination, and positive attitude to succeed in a dynamic environment. This is a hybrid position( Tuesday and Friday to be at Herndon office), offering flexibility and opportunities for growth.
Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in the region.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify growth areas.
Lead Generation/Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels
Participate in networking events, conferences, and local gatherings to expand the client base.
Education: Recent college graduates are welcome.
Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Location: Candidates must reside in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, D.C., with the flexibility to travel locally for client meetings.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
