Bilingual Recruiter
Hourly Pay Rate TBD, Based on Experience
Monday thru Friday – *8am-5pm
*office hours to vary based on site coverage need
ResourceMFG Knoxville Market is in search for a bi-lingual recruiter. This position would be forward facing with one of our largest VIP customers. Our recruiters are responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, interviewing applicants, and referring well-qualified candidates to job assignments to meet the goal of attracting and retaining the best talent. This position is held accountable to meeting specific staffing goals (time to fill, recruiting compliance, client engagement, etc.).
This position is eligible for our operations bonus structure.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- High School Diploma
- Strong Microsoft Office & administrative skills
