Ruby Tuesday is looking for a Recruiter to join our team to support company-wide staffing efforts. This role is a critical partner to our Operations Leadership team as we work together to source, evaluate, and bring new hires onboard. This position is based on our Maryville, TN office.
Job Summary
Responsible for the entire life cycle of the recruiting process of management candidates. This position will primarily focus on management recruitment efforts with the opportunity to work across broader HR Functional areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with Operations Leaders on recruiting initiatives.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
- Schedule and conduct prescreening interviews.
- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Prepare regular updates to Operations Leaders with candidate tracking updates and determine effectiveness of recruiting plans.
- Continually evaluate recruitment strategies and analyze recruitment metrics to make recommendations for adjustments or enhancements.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Develop and maintain pool of qualified candidates.
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Utilize the Internet for recruitment
- Post positions to appropriate Internet sources
- Research new recruiting strategies
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
- Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
- Manage the use of external recruiters and headhunters.
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees, coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives, administrative duties and record keeping.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
