The Opportunity
As an HR Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of various HR processes while contributing to a positive and engaging employee experience. Your role will require excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a focus on supporting HR initiatives, coordinating activities, and working with teams across the organization. You will be an essential part of the People Success team, helping to execute HR strategies and ensuring consistency in the associate lifecycle. This role requires the ability to maintain confidentiality.

You'll be based in our Tampa office, working alongside the People Success team, and reporting to the People & Talent Manager. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving these initiatives, ensuring that each associate's experience is as seamless and supportive as possible.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and manage personnel files, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information within established systems.
- Support HR processes across multiple offices, including consistent onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
- Continuously update, maintain, and audit employee records in systems like ADP and HR trackers, ensuring accurate data management and compliance.
- Facilitate HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, and documentation management.
- Coordinate training programs, including tracking participation and handling logistics.
- Communicate critical HR updates to associates, providing support throughout their employee lifecycle.
- Assist with university partnerships and alumni events to strengthen organizational outreach.
- Monitor HR project timelines using team tracker, ensuring efficient coordination and timely resolution of issues.
- Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate pipelines.
- Take meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure that follow-ups with both internal and external teams are completed in a timely manner.
- Organize and coordinate celebrations for employee anniversaries, achievements, and milestones to foster a culture of recognition.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of HR documentation, such as I-9 forms and background checks.
- Provide coverage for the office administrator role as needed to maintain seamless office operations
