General Description
The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with administering the daily operations of human resources functions and duties. The Human Resources Coordinator will report to the Senior Human Resources Manager and work closely with other members of the Human Resources team to ensure the successful implementation and consistent administration of firm wide human resource initiatives and practices.
Key Responsibilities And Essential Job Functions
- Maintain electronic personnel files.
- Perform assignments related to the maintenance of data in Workday, our enterprise HR System.
- Provides general Workday support for Office Managers, Managers, HR Administrative Assistants, and other employees.
- Use ServiceNow to resolve Workday related issues.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and conduct new employee orientation.
- Assist with administration of referral bonus programs.
- Complete verifications of employment.
- Coordinate exit interviews for departing employees.
- Assist with HR reporting.
- Review, reconcile and process timecards for payroll.
- Assist with administration of the employee service recognition program.
- Analyze and provide input on the improvement of HR processes.
- Produce and maintain forms related to HR processes.
- Create quick reference and how-to guides for Workday processes.
- Draft communications for HR.
- Works with records management vendor about storage and retrieval of HR files and documents.
- Handling miscellaneous administrative duties.
- Assist in various HR processes, including recruiting, benefits, and compliance.
- Special project and duties as assigned.

- Strong customer service skills and follow through when resolving issues.
- Self-motivated; able to work independently as well as with a team.
- Ability to handle extremely sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity; ability to exercise appropriate judgment.
Required Qualifications & Education
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Workday (or similar enterprise HR system)
- Experience working with employment data and report generation
- Knowledge of benefits and local, state, and Federal employment laws and policies.
Preferred Qualifications & Education
- Professional Certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Moderate or advanced keyboard usage
