What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Reytec Construction Resources, Inc.?
- Develop general understanding of all project Scope of Work, locations and customers contact information.
- Assist PM in gathering submittal information. Develop submittal log and notify PM of action items on submittal if needed. Submit as needed.
- Prepare and track, and file Project Subcontracts
- Support project team to expedite and order material deliveries as needed.
- Understand project billing process and schedule of values for assigned projects.
- Gather monthly documents required for submittal with Monthly invoicing.
- Support PM with Monthly Close Out Documentation
- Verify material tickets every week with correct item number and signatures.
- Maintain Subcontractor communications and relations
- Ensure subcontractors complete necessary invoicing documentation
- Attend/Host Progress meeting with Managers and Subcontractors
- Coordinate with Compliance Department for necessary documentation
- Obtain Permits
- Call in for locates
- Invoice Approval (ComputerEase Approvals)
- Review coding for accuracy
- Additional duties as assigned
Salary : $25 - $28
