Position Overview :

Responsibilities :
Recruitment and Onboarding :
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit new volunteers.
- Organize and conduct volunteer orientations and training sessions.
- Scheduling and Coordination :
- Create and maintain volunteer schedules to meet organizational needs.
- Assign tasks and roles to volunteers based on their skills and interests.
- Support and Communication :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for volunteers, addressing questions and concerns.
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and recognition to volunteers.
- Data Management :
- Maintain accurate records of volunteer applications, hours, and activities.
- Prepare reports on volunteer engagement and program outcomes.
- Event Support :
- Coordinate volunteer involvement in special events, campaigns, and outreach efforts.
- Ensure volunteers are prepared and equipped to represent the organization effectively.
- Program Development :
- Assist in developing and improving volunteer policies and procedures.
