RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage projects from initiation to close ensuring project success and achieving project objectives
• Create and maintain budgeting for projects including month over month review
• Lead, coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis
• Escalate issues and risks as appropriate according to the Project Management Plan processes
• Implement project management best practices, governance, process guidelines, tools and reporting templates (i.e. methodology) and train other personnel to use these tools
• Lead cross-functional project teams, delegate project tasks and hold team accountable to deadlines
• Drive continuous improvement in project management process
• Collaborate with Product team on updates
QUALIFICATIONS
• 7 years’ work experience in project management experience who can manage complex $MM projects in Agile/Waterfall
• Must be able to setup/build project plans in MS Project – REQUIRED
• Strong ability to drive due dates and identify risks/issues
• Must be able to lead a project team
• PMI/PMP certifications is nice to have
• Scrum or Agile certification is a plus
• Any Retail/merchandising experience (nice to have)
• Must have executive level reporting skills
• Good communication skills (ability to cater based on audience)
