Sales Representative

We seek a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative who desires to be an integral member of our growing organization. You will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Western NY area through effective territory management and account management strategies. You will be involved in managing the sales processes, orders, logistics, billing, etc. You will have a strong involvement in the operational side of the business including exposure to processing Asphalt, quality control and shipping.

You will obtain a strong understanding of the support departments and how they integrate with the business. Your strategic involvement in various operational, sales and business development related projects will add value to the organization and allow you to grow both personally and professionally.

To qualify, a BS degree in sales/marketing, construction management, mining or other related program is highly preferred. 1-3 years’ proven sales experience is required. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have a willingness to maintain a safe workplace and to perform hands-on duties as par to the overall development program. Must have excellent computer skills to include MS Office, and be willing and able to adapt to changing situations. Must be willing to travel.
