RightAway Appliance Repair is a fast-growing company in Richmond, VA, and we’re looking for a Lead Appliance Repair Technician to join our team! This is a leadership role for an experienced technician who is ready to manage, train, and inspire a team while performing high-quality repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform appliance repairs and diagnostics for residential appliances, including dishwashers, ovens, refrigerators, and more.

• Train new technicians on proper repair techniques, customer service skills, and job efficiency.

• Supervise and support a team of appliance repair technicians, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to company standards.

• Handle complex or escalated repair jobs as the team expert.

• Provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance to team members in the field.

• Maintain and manage an efficient workflow for your team, ensuring timely job completion.

• Represent the company professionally, fostering strong relationships with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in appliance repair (required).

• Leadership Skills: Experience training or supervising a team is preferred.

• Certifications: EPA Certification or other appliance repair-related certifications (preferred but not required).

• Technical Knowledge: Expertise in diagnosing and repairing a variety of appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers, and dryers.

• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation

• Commission-Based Pay:

• 50% of each repair job you complete.

• 10% of all revenue generated by your team.

• Potential to earn $7,500-$10,000/month or more depending on performance.
