Compensation: $135,000 - $150,000 annually (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of mechanical construction projects to ensure safety, timely delivery, and adherence to budget.
- Oversee project execution, focusing on safety compliance, labor productivity, quality control, and financial outcomes.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain detailed schedules.
- Source and procure materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Handle change order processes with thorough documentation and clear communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project financials, including cash flow, forecasts, and cost control measures.
- Lead on-site teams to enforce safety protocols and company policies.
- Resolve challenges effectively through coordination with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs and updated plans.
Qualifications
