Pearl Haven is a specialized facility on the north shore of Oahu that provides trauma informed therapeutic services for girls ages 11-17 who have experienced complex trauma or are diagnosed with serious emotional and behavioral disturbances to try and help them heal from their trauma.
Pay: Starting at $62,000/year

What you will do: As the Program Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations including program development and fidelity, administration, and staff development and training. The Program Manager will oversee the overall implementation and actively participate in all Pearl Haven activities and events. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to external and internal Q&As, coordinating and supporting community related initiatives, controlling costs to adhere to the budget and promoting positive communications and interactions between all departments.
To be considered you should: Pearl Haven’s Program Manager should have a minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience working with at risk youth and their families. You will need to utilize all the resources available to function independently and as a member of a team, with little to no supervision. You must be able to maintain communication, organization and positive internal and external relationships. Having excellent organization and time management skills are important skills to possess. As the Program Manager it is important to be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities with the ability to adjust to high pressure and rapidly changing conditions. All Pearl Haven employees are required to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
Shift: Typical schedule consists of five days on and two days off. The specific days of the week and hours may vary depending on the program’s requirements. Additionally, the Program Manager is responsible for observing weekend and overnight operations as necessary. On-call duties may also be required.
