As a Call Center Banker, you will be responsible for connecting clients with a broad range of financial solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. This role requires balancing service requests with sales opportunities, providing expert financial advice, and offering customized solutions to meet clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending appropriate products and services
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns, creating tailored solutions
- Sell and fulfill banking products, including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, and loans
- Make referrals to specialized business partners for licensed sales functions
- Provide accurate quotes on banking solutions, including rates, terms, and programs
- Manage risk in all product and service transactions by using available tools and resources
Required Qualifications:
