Helpdesk Support Intern
Job Functions


1. Creating shipping labels, ship and receive user equipment
2. Imaging and verifying functionality of tablets and Windows based laptop computers
3. Organizing equipment inventory and keeping helpdesk office workbench area tidy
4. Setting up user workspace hardware
5. Basic workstation functionality troubleshooting
6. Basic laptop / desktop upgrade and repair as needed
7. Additional duties as capable
