Job Description
Residential community seeking a full-time administrative assistant to work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. The administrative assistant will work alongside the Manager, primarily assisting with operations with emphasis on resident, phone and email support. A successful match would be a flexible, hard-working professional with basic Excel data entry, Word formatting and Outlook experience. This position requires an individual with strong customer service communication skills and mindset.
This position will also plan, organize, promote and manage community events.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer multi-line phones and emails
Support Manager and staff with coordinating project-based work
Organization of Community Events
Required Skills and Education:
High School Diploma or GED required, Associate's degree or higher preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word Basic Literacy in Microsoft Excel Type 40-45 wpm Excellent verbal and written communication, Multitasking, Organization
