Additionally, you will enhance the internal TA brand through exceptional engagement with stakeholders and represent the company externally in a professional manner.
In this role, you will provide critical support to the Operations - Solutions Recruiting Team , which is spread across multiple locations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating complex interview schedules, facilitating candidate interview days, and providing both onsite and remote support to your team. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commitment to excellent service will make you an invaluable member of the team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Workday Recruiting and Talent Acquisition processes, providing system support to Hiring Managers and Recruiters as needed.
- Coordinate interview schedules by working closely with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring availability and prompt responses to inquiries.
- Utilize relevant tools and systems to schedule and confirm interviews , book meeting rooms, arrange travel, and manage other logistics.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience , serving as the face of the Talent Acquisition team when greeting candidates.
- Send and track candidate assessments to ensure a smooth selection process.
- Support recruiters by reviewing and preparing offer letters and employment agreements .
- Guide candidates through post-offer processes to contribute to a positive onboarding experience .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee candidate expenses and manage purchase order generation.
- Review new job requisitions for accuracy and completeness , ensuring prompt assignment to the appropriate recruiter.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Talent Acquisition processes.
