We are seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage all our financial transactions. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, reconciling bank statements, processing payroll, invoicing, and preparing financial reports.Responsibilities:Perform daily financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' and payables' data.Reconcile and balance all accounts, maintaining historical records and filing documents.Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports and assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly closing.Manage payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner, and submit related taxation forms.Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines, state and federal regulations.
